RATES:
Due to fuel price fluctuations rates are not published. Rates are subject to the load configuration and are available on request.
WEIGHT CALCULATIONS:
You are charged for the shipment, based on whether the actual mass or the volumetric mass is greater.
VOLUME:
Volume is factored at a ratio of 4 cubic metres per ton. (ie Volumetric Calculation: Length x Breadth x Height (cm) x 1000 divided by 4 = Volumetric weight kg.)
Full loads are subject to the dimensions of trailers.
TRANSIT:
Full truck loads and half loads are sealable and delivered direct from suppliers to consignees. Transit time varies from 3 to 7 days. Due to customs requirements transit times cannot be guaranteed. Consolidated loads are handled at depots in Windhoek and/or Durban. Vehicles travel direct between Durban and Windhoek and goods are not transhipped en route.
CUSTOMS:
Goods cleared for the SA Customs Union can only be transported. We cannot at this junction transport Goods in Bond. To complete RSA Customs Documents we require an Exporters Certificate and Tax Invoice. To complete Namibian Customs Documents we require a Tax Invoice and VAT Import Certificate.
INSURANCE:
Liability is limited but goods in transit Insurance can be arranged for consignments.
SECURITY:
Refrigerated and Tautliner trailers are sealable. Trucks are equipped with cell phones and fitted with a tracking unit.

- Durban Clients: Please ensure that you have a valid Exporters code.
